These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PinBridge. PinBridge is operated by Amendorg LLC. By creating an account, using the website, using the dashboard, or calling the API, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

• Service means PinBridge's website, applications, dashboard, APIs, webhooks, and related services.
• Customer means the individual or entity using the Service.
• Customer Data means data the Customer submits to or processes through the Service, including pins, boards, Pinterest accounts, webhooks, API keys, and related metadata.
• Personal Data means information relating to an identified or identifiable person.
• Content means text, images, links, metadata, and other materials submitted to or generated through the Service.
• Subscription means a recurring paid plan for access to paid features of the Service.

2. Eligibility and Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use PinBridge. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. Customers remain responsible for ensuring that their use of the Service complies with applicable laws and with any age restrictions imposed by third-party platforms, including Pinterest.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials, API keys, and connected third-party accounts. You must promptly notify PinBridge at security@pinbridge.io if you suspect unauthorized access, credential leakage, or a security issue affecting your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account except to the extent caused by PinBridge.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate law, infringe rights, or submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent content.
• Send spam, run harmful automation, or interfere with the Service or other users.
• Bypass rate limits, access controls, or platform restrictions imposed by PinBridge or Pinterest.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or probe the Service in a way that creates security or availability risk.
• Misrepresent PinBridge as endorsed by, partnered with, or operated by Pinterest.

5. API and Platform Usage Rules

API access and automated usage must remain fair, security-conscious, and within documented limits. PinBridge may apply or adjust rate limits, queueing, concurrency controls, and other protective measures to preserve reliability and platform safety. Customers must design integrations to handle retries, duplicate events, and throttling gracefully.

You must comply with applicable Pinterest terms, policies, and developer requirements when using Pinterest through PinBridge. PinBridge is not a Pinterest partner unless expressly stated in writing by PinBridge.

6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

Paid plans are described on the public Pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Billing is processed by our payment processor, and charges may appear with the statement descriptor PINBRIDGE.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on the billing cycle selected at checkout.
• You can manage or cancel a paid Subscription through the hosted billing portal made available in the product for production projects.
• Cancellation stops future renewals, but paid fees already incurred are generally non-refundable unless PinBridge agrees otherwise in writing.
• Refund requests are reviewed case by case.
• You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and similar government charges.
• Payment disputes must be raised with PinBridge within 30 days of the charge date.
• We may change pricing prospectively. If a price change materially affects your current paid Subscription, we will provide notice before the renewed charge takes effect.

7. Support and No SLA

PinBridge does not currently offer a service level agreement unless separately agreed in writing. Support is provided on a best-effort basis. Our general response target for standard support requests is within 24 hours, but this is a target rather than a guaranteed response or resolution time. Security issues should be escalated to security@pinbridge.io.

8. Customer Data, Privacy, and Role Allocation

As between the parties, the Customer owns Customer Data, and PinBridge does not claim ownership of Customer content. The Customer grants PinBridge a limited right to host, copy, process, transmit, and display Customer Data only as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service as permitted by law and these Terms.

Our handling of Personal Data is described in the Privacy Policy. For account, billing, website, and security-related data, Amendorg LLC acts in its own role as controller or business. For certain Customer Data processed on behalf of business customers, PinBridge may act as a processor or service provider.

9. License and Intellectual Property

Subject to these Terms, PinBridge grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to access and use the Service for your internal business or personal use, depending on your plan and use case.

PinBridge, its software, trademarks, documentation, and all related intellectual property are owned by Amendorg LLC or its licensors. Except as expressly allowed by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the Service.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service interoperates with third-party services such as Pinterest and external billing services. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy notices. PinBridge is not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, account suspensions, or policy enforcement by those services.

11. Suspension and Termination

PinBridge may suspend or terminate access if:

• You materially breach these Terms.
• Your use presents a security, fraud, legal, or platform-integrity risk.
• Fees remain unpaid after reasonable notice.
• A third-party provider action makes continued service impractical or unlawful.

Upon termination or closure:

• Your right to use the Service ends.
• Outstanding fees and payment obligations remain due.
• PinBridge may delete Customer Data in the ordinary course, subject to legal, billing, security, and backup retention needs.
• Sandbox reset tools remove sandbox data only; they do not by themselves terminate the account or paid Subscription.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PinBridge disclaims all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither PinBridge nor Amendorg LLC will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of those damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PinBridge's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the total fees paid by you to PinBridge for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PinBridge, Amendorg LLC, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from third-party claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

15. Changes to the Service or These Terms

PinBridge may update the Service and may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the Last Updated date and may provide additional notice by email, in-app notice, or website posting before the change becomes effective where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and each party consents to that venue and jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
